I placed a online order on 14 September 2021

I placed a online order on 14 September 2021. I followed up with them two weeks later as I received no lense. They then told me that they will get back to me which they did on the 28 September and told me that they will refund me in 10 working days and yet they received my payment immediately on placing of my order. I must now wait till next month to order my contacts and I have nothing to use infill then as I don't have spare money laying around. I am very disappointed
