Bad service

I ordered contact lenses on 01 September 2025, and I have not received any communication regarding my order to this day. My inquiry emails have gone unanswered, and my phone calls often do not connect. When I do manage to get through, the person who answers remains silent. This is very disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal customer of the company for a long time.
