Bad experience

Ordered contact lenses online 27/01/2021 got worried on the 06/02/2021 when I didn’t get confirmation of my order, wrote to them and they responded on the 08/02/2021 that my order didn’t pull through.They asked for POP, order details and delivery address.Nothing since then started calling them have been on hold for an available agent 1st for 8 minutes and then today 15 minutes without getting through to anyone!Worst experience I’ve had with any online shopping!It’s contact lenses I need for my eye sight
