This could have easily been a 1 star review but thankfully my query was escalated to the Customer service manager, Anastacia, who even got me completely forgetting about my complaint. I've said it before and I'm going to say it again, Anastacia is your most valuable asset a complete treasure. Her diplomacy and professionalism is what sets her apart from the rest.
