Fantastic staff ,great hotel

Excellent customer service,the staff at the front desk are ever so willing to help on various tourist issues/suggestions/recommendations.They are polite,courteous,professional and well attired. The Hotel itself is quite good,neat,rooms are cleaned everyday,with fresh towels(if needed).The bathroom is very small(we were in Room15),,I mean tiny...as a couple we could not shower together,which was disappointing.The breakfast is absolutely delicious and this is one of the reasons I chose Hotel Alize.The chef,she is so polite ,friendly & welcoming.Such a warm personality. The hotel is five floors and there is a small lift which accommodates three people. Walking distance to Moulin Rouge.The metro is across,plenty of restaurants,shops,pharmacy,there is even a cinema across the breakfast room side. Very convenient. A lovely ,warm reception ,friendly & organised staff. Highly recommended.
