No communication

I am also battling with Consumerwise - no communication. I had a quote for R11 600 now it is R13 700 and they are supposed to help you - pay what you can afford. I asked them to close an account last week already and NOW there is interest accumulated again on the 0 balance that I had. Ask them for 2 weeks now for a statement - nothing.
