ISSUE COURT ORDER
I was under debt review @ consumer wise and cancelled in 2014. This year I had financial issues and joined debt review under Summit Financial Partners. Consumer Wise consulted me and offered to help, since I was under them. I then refused and requested to be transferred to Summit. I then received a call again from Consumer Wise and was told that I have been transferred and that since there is a court order in place I don't have to pay for the same thing twice, it will be sent to Summit and emailed to me. I then contacted Refiloe from Summit who advised that Consumer Wise refuses to issue the court order, but when I call consumer wise they tell me that they have sent it but when I request them to email it to me then they refuse. How can that be if they promised to send it? Is it because I refused to work with them again? I am extremely furious because consumer wise is doing this on purpose. My debt counsellor needs the court order in order to proceed with my account.
