Consumer wise not co operating with clients

I'm Phumla 2016 I registered under Consumer wise around October I decided to leave m since I wasn't happy about their service.My debtors need letter from them thaproves I'm no longer with them they don't want to give me.I'm paying my debts others debts are fully paid When I call the donnt respond when I email them they don't respond now noe I'm in big trouble because of them My life is a mess I regret the day I heard about them since I can't do anything. Your positive attitude to thus matter will be highly appreciated Thank you
