Consumer wise DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME TERMINATION LETTER SINCE IM NOLONGER WITH THEM

Gooday I'm Phumla its second time laying my complaint.I was under debt review 2016 so I decided to quit since I wasn't happy with their service.There are no longer offices where am they were closed reason I don't know.I decided to pay my debts I arranged with my debtors now when I check if I still with them since i fully paid them my name its still there.When I call they no longer picking up the phone.when I email them they don't respond.Plz help me with this matter its real painful Other debtors they need letter from Consumer wise stating I'm no longer under them in order for them to help me. Positive quick response to this matter will be highly appreciated
