Consumer wise DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME TERMINATION LETTER

<p>Gooday I'm Phumla Luna in 2017 I registered under company called consumer wise it helps u to reduce your debts by 50% .They started to debt in March ,as the time goes on I didn't like their service so I decided to quit so that I will pay my debts myself.so around October I changed the bank so that they won't be able to debit my money.I called my creditors and inform them about the matter I began to arrang with them how am I going to pay my debts. The big problem that I have now other debtors need letter from consumer wise stating that I'm no longer with them ,when I called they don't pic up the phone its ringing non stop,when I emailed them they don't respond of which I want them to give me a letter so that I will submit to my debtors prooving that I'm no longer working with them.Other debts have been long paid but it appears as if I'm still under debt review where's I'm not. Your quick positive response to this matter is highly appreciated. My life is in a mess if I knew his these things work I wouldn't have joined them Seemingly I lacked full info how donthey work They have their hidden agendas not telling people his do they work Thanku</p>
