Car repossessed

<p>Hi i went under consumer wise to manage my debts and paying them every month as per agreement to manage my debt however i find it very dissapointing that my car was repossessed worst of all taken from my work from my knowledge consumer is paying my debt i don't understand why the car would be taken away if it's paid every month and the Person who is suppose to be assisting is not keepng me informed i have to call him all the time for feedback which is pathetic service from consumer wise and it's employees if they can't take care of their client's as promised than what am i paying for person incontact with is Thula ********** 859 ********** i understand i may not be the only client but right now i need their assistance which i'm getting the run around can someone higher within the office call me cause if this is not sorted i'm taking this matter Further</p> <p>This is the same reason i came to you for help so that you would help me pay my debts so i won't have my car taken away than what am i paying you for cause it seems i'm not benefiting from using your services.</p> <p>i'm very angry and dissapointed.</p> <p>I need feedback urgently</p>
