Black Listed with NCR

I've been denied to be Cancelled from NCR as I Cancelled the Debt Counseling not knowing that they were Not CONSOLIDATOR$ after Debiting for Three month's without being told/ Explained about that . My LIFE is ON HOLD since 2015
