Is this company a **** / gone under?

I started debt relief in around April 2014. It is now February 2016 and after paying R9000 to join, plus a R400 monthly fee, the interest rates to my creditors are still 32%, they have not been adjusted as promised. The statements still get sent to me (I am told this should not happen), and the amount I owe despite monthly reduced payments has not reduced. I have been trying to reach a settlement amount for a year now, to no avail. My constant frustration with this company is their unbelievable lack of professionalism. They do not reply to any contact. This year I emailed 5 times, each time increasing who was included in the email, changing the subject line also till eventually I added in the subject line, has this company gone under, do I need to seek a lawyer. When I try calling Alvino on his cell he cuts the call, it says call cancelled on my phone. He does not reply to any text I send. When I call their office line to my surprise I found out its a virtual office, so the secretary is not on their employ. I was told there are so many angry people calling in with the same problem as me. Finally Cedric rep**** with the norm, we will reply in a few days, which NEVER happens.
