Bad Service
Same scenario as Nicky been with National Consumer Relief from 2013 things have only gotten worse, we also paid upfront R7500 and paying R350 every month we initially met with a person called Alvino who drew up our contract and promised us affordable premiums on our accounts but our financial situation only got worse resulting in me making arrangements with my creditors to pay them directly when asked if we could now be taken of the debt counselling we were told that we need to pay R3000 to get out of it or go to court and get a letter stating that we have paid up our accounts, what I want to know is where in the contract that I signed does it state that theres an amount of R3000 that needs to be paid to get out of the contract for people who did not actually assist us in anyway but claim to be sending correspondence via email, pick up the phone and let me know what is happening , absolutely terrible service for people who promise you one thing but really delivers something else, my accounts are now worse off than what it is but I still need to pay them to get out of the contract, becareful guys of empty promises
