No Clearance certificate

Their service was good until I find paying everything. It's been 6 months since I finished paying for everything. I sent them Paid up letters. I have been promised that I will receive my Clearance certificate before end of the same month. It's now been month after month after month. I don't believe I will ever receive the certificate.
