Extremely Disappointing Service

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cameron. She doesn’t respond to messages promptly, and the follow-up process is almost nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to get a paid-up letter to clear my name, I am constantly told the same thing: “We are still waiting.” This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable.

Her service is absolutely horrible, and her responses are snappy like my issue is not important to her and my constant follow ups are annoying her as I’ve had to repeatedly chase her for updates, only to receive generic, unhelpful responses. It’s clear that the staff is not well-trained to handle such cases, as she offers no real solutions or assistance.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They need to drastically improve their customer service and train their agents better to handle tasks with the attention and efficiency they deserve.
