Very bad bad service and stories

We app**** for councelling with this company and 3 months after we did our entry interview we found out that they haven't paid our debtors yet and now after 3 weeks of fighting they informed us that we will get all our funds back and now it's been a week since we strugle to get our money back. Every time we phone them there is stories regarding the payment. Very bad service from this company
