******* bad service

App**** with this company last year February. After paying R800 for 2 months my accouts were complaining because they were not recieving any payment. I quickly terminated the debit order from the bank thinking it must be **** which it is. I keep on calling them for my refund and they keep on giving me different numbers to dial and call. They never pick up the phone, when they pick up they give me stories. Swear I will be on their case until I get my R1600. I was doing well paying my debts until I agreed . I dont even know how to terminate the contract. I cannot even create new accounts or take a small loan to maintain a good credit.
