VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT

I have been with this company since 2016 according to my "court agreement" the amounts on there have been paid and with the required interest added. I had been advised that my last payment was Arpril 2020 which I was so looking forward to. When I checked the status it showed they were going to deit R 96.00 in MAy 2020. When I queried this it had been advised it was incorrect and that it had been cancelled. When had contacted them again to find out about my clearance certificate I got told they cannot issue one as I am still owing thr ank almost R6000.00 when requesting statements I am being charged interest upon interest. The interest is being charged on the 25th of every month yet these people are only allocating payment beteween the 6th and 9th of every month. HOw should i be liable for all that. When i had contacted the bank and asked them what the amount is that should have been paid they said the amount on the court order. (yet according to clearvue app I have no court orders against me) If I calculate the amolunt on this court order and calculate what had been paid - I have overpaid???? How fair is this if you trying to get out the hole but this sort of thing keeps you there.???????????? Very unhappy
