Terribleservice.

I can not believe the service that I'm getting from this company. I have been a client with Consumer Debt Help for a few years now. When I contacted them and told them I wanted to settle my accounts they were very quick to send me the settlement letters. They were supposed to stop the monthly premium from going off my account. They did not follow the correct steps into terminating my account. I want my account disputed and debit order stopped. Righ now they are still deducting money from my account after ALL accounts have been settled and I have given them proof of payment. I have been sending them emails and the consultant Shani Faro has been ignoring my requests for follow-up and has not been responding. Very disappointed in them.
