Terrible service

After a year of being send from pillar to post i am still struggling to get my ITC cleared. I have worked with 3 different councilors each time they send me from pillar to post they keep on demanding a paid up letter for a transactional account at my bank. I finnaly closed the account due to them insisting i then got a statement from the bank that shows it is closed and there is no outstanding balance which i was advised by DEBT Help that would suffice as the bank will not issue paid up letters for Transactional accounts . I then emailed the document to Refilwe Molete and i was advised i should yet again send all the other paid up letters which i did then Lelethu Mbekeni phoned me to say the statement of closure from my bank is not sufficient therefore i need to go to the bank and demand a paid up letter as they know that is needed. The bank however says this is the only proof they can give me that the account is closed and in a zero balance as they can not issue paid up letters to transactional accounts. This company was all to happy to take my money everymonth and now that I am debt free they are keeping my name *****ed as i am still listed under debt reiview and they do not want to clear it.
