Shocked!

I signed on with CDH in 2018 to apply for debt review. I then lost my job and asked if we could continue with my debt review payments and I resigned and everything went well. I have never missed a payment since I have been employed.

I then get an email from the Negotiator and advised they will be stopping all my services with them and I have to pay my creditors directly which I can never afford to do!

I dont feel this is fair at all as if there was an issue they would have told me from the beginning and when I try email my initial account manager she does not respond.

I dont feel this is fair in any way as I have never ever missed a payment since I have been employed!!!
