Shani Faro and Lelethu Mbekeni

This is by far the WORST company ever. I have been waiting for my clearance certificate for over a month now AND my refund of the money that was deducted from my account by Hyphen. I have been sending Shani Faro and Lelethu Mbekeni, the worst Team Leader ever, countless emails with regards to resolving my issue Ticket ID 50338. And while to some extent I can understand the hold up with regards to my clearance certificate but I fail to understand why no one ever gets back to me with regards to my refund/reversal.

That is MY money and I want it back and my clearance certificate.

I will name and shame on every single platform I have access to until someone actually bothers to get back to me and I get everything that is due. And if that doesn't work, I don't mind taking any legal action required
