Receiveing Bad Costumer Care

I'm really disappointed in ConsumerDebt Help I have been with them for 3 years, I have send them an Email twice as I changed my banking details because I'm unemployed so it has to detucted from my husband's bank account and it did not I have also emailed them asking to call me back regarding my payment as no one hasn't contacted me
