put under debt review under false pretends just to make sales

Good Day I would like to report a company by the name of CONSUMER DEBT HELP NCRD1801, in July 18 2016 I spoke to a guy named Ziyaad telepathically, I wanted to apply a consolidation loan , not DEBT COUNSELLING / DEBT RESTRUCTURING , over our telephonic conversation he assured me that this was not debt counselling , he said it was a consolidation loan , to my surprise after I have signed and submitted all my documents I was now listed on Credit Bureau Under DEBT RESTRUCTURING , I have requested for the call recording and also for the company to listen to the call recording, I was told Ziyaad was a top consultant and will never mislead me, I have been sent from pillar to post nobody wants to help me , they do not want with the recording , My consumer rights have been violated , please please help contact number ***
