NO FEEDBACK

Good day

i have contacted the above mentioned organization with regards to debit order dates i have submitted all the relevant documentation and i was advised by the consultant who assisted me that i need not worry that she will finalize the debit order dates.

However i'm constantly getting sms's and calls saying that i need to pay this i need to pay that but this arrangement was made and the dates has been changed this organization has cause even more damage to my current situation

I have email them as well and up until today no reply and no response from anyone within the organization

this has been the worst service i had ever received from from any organization and this is unacceptable
