Incorrectly showing under debt review on my report

Hi. I once app**** for debt review to restructure my credit health, but I didn't continue with the process because I was informed that I should do the debt review at the same time with my husband since we are married in community of property, so I cancelled the debt review process with the company that was going to assist me with the process, but they didn't clear my name on my credit report (credit bureau) after I have cancelled. I would like my name to please be cleared of the debt review since I didn’t continue with the process. Kind regards
