incompetence

Good day

this organization has done nothing but cause further harm to me as an individual when i signed up with the above mentioned organization

they told me that it will not be a problem they will solve and fix whatever issues needed to be fixed

however come the day of the debit order they took their money but the creditors we not paid i only found out a month later never mind that because the creditors had not received payment they had cancelled the debit review process i didnt know up until i contacted the creditors as they called numerous times but due to my schedule i couldnt not always answer the phone as i wished

when i spoke to the individual if im not mistaken her name was tatum she could not give me an answer i had to run around to get this organization all the relevant documents after they had told me dont worry we will sort it out

that was only the beginning i got calls and messages from creditors after i was promised that it will not happen it still happened and when i questioned them as to why im being called by these creditors after they had said that i will not be contacted by any of the creditors they then asked me "why the creditors are calling me" in the mean time no payments was received from them after almost 4 months of them not paying the creditors they finally decided to pay them

it went on for a while

the next thing that happened i had come into some funds and i wanted to settle this debit review on the 27/09/2017 i had emailed for a settlement letter however no feedback i called "management"explained what had happened i was told that it will be looked into up until today this still has not been resolved i dont know if it will ever be resolved as i have been told that the systems for whatever organization where they get the settlement letters from is down it has been down for the past 2 weeks we are heading into the 3rd week since i requested this but nothing is being done up until today
