Disgruntled
If I could rate 0 for this company I would but unfortunately the lowest it allowed was 1. The service of this company is terrible and they claim to offer help and assistance when clearly I am not being assisted. I am supposed to be refunded for payments taken and I am yet to receive it. They know that I am in financial dire straights and any penny counts and yet I am not being assisted but more ignored and no one is talking my calls. This is pathetic and unfair and I just want what is due to me. It's sad that these companies take advantage of us when they know times are tough. I just hope this will get some form of action done about this.
