Customer service is horrible

<p>I have settle my and my husbands account, and send thrue all the proof to them and asked them to send me letters to show the accounts are paid up, almost 2 month ago. i have send a mail again to find out what is going on but all i get is that someone will contact me but stil i have heard nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also said i want to leave them and they told me i can not. even thou i am now stable enough to pay my last account that i have on my own and no longer need their help.</p> <p>THe service is terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>How are you suppouse to clear your name if the people that is suppouse to help you don;'t know what they are doing and their comunication s****s are up to sh**.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
