Consumer Debt Help claim I owe them after failed attempts to cancel their services

I started with debt busters a year ago n (November 2019 to be precise)... I made all payments accordingly then last year November I saw my accounts not moving for example I joined with one account owing R300 after a year it was R180... Got ****ed and decided to cancel their services in November 2020 over the phone The Consultant told me she sent in a request I will receive an email but still they debited my account in December Called them for answers and they sent an email saying I can also cancel using their email Address of which I did and I still got an email saying they will debit my account so I decided to close the bank account because I did de*****eck with them so I can’t reverse... another consultant called me Name is Sumaya Dawood I told her I had cancel their services hence no payment was received and still after that my account with them is still not cancelled... On the 4th of March I get a message saying my account has been closed due to missed payments after so many failed attempts to cancel their services now they claim I owe them can someone out there help me with this case I can’t be ********** like that... and I also have proof of everything on my mails and also their calls are recorded so there’s also proof there... I’m in urgent need of assistance if anyone can my numbers are ***
