Consumer Debt Help

To date I have not received any feedback with regards to where R6k outstanding all of a sudden comes from. According to paperwork, total outstanding was R 27634 total payments made R 29 630. where do they come up with R 6k still outstanding. Now i have attorneys phoning me for a capfin account where they say there is R240.00 outsstanding. Total amount outstanding R 6833 total payments made R 7313 where do i now owe R240 still. As previously mentioned, FNB had ben charging me interest on the 25th of every month where i had only been debited on the 27th and then Consumer Debt Help would only allocate the payment between the 3rd and 9th of every month, how am I liable for interest when these people were supposed to have made those required arrangements. Now during this pandemic one does not even earn a full salary yet they just want want want and dont even need these payments as it already has been over paid??? like really i hvae a baby to maintain as well life is hard enough as it is.
