Bad Service

I Have been with Consumer Debt Help for i few year today when i call in to finde out when its finished i was told my payments isint allocated to the providers and its only finish next year April the person i spoke to said she wil update my stuff and email me a Statement which i did not receive, they did not even change my email as they keep on sending my Statements to an email that doesnt work anymore i have given the correct email but still didn't receive my statement or update on when my debt Review is finished
