Bad Service and Empty Promises

Have recently paid up my Debt Review the have send me my clearance letters and on this letter it stated that the flag has been removed i have went to mtn to apply for a new phone as mine give in as per mtn the Flag has not been removed i wont be able to apply for a new phone that i need. I Have expected that Consumer Debt will sort it out as promised and the did not i have paid hard and struggled alot to get this finished. I Have send emails witch i did not receive any feedback from them as i feel this is a bad service from their side i'am really disappointed in there Customer Service and the Empty Promises
