BAD SERVICE

I signed on with CDH in 2018 to apply for debt review. I am truly disappointed with their service. The 1500 is being deducted from my account on a monthly basis and they would pay close to nothing towards my accounts which put me in more financial stress i than asked the to cancel as they had failed doing what was promised to distribute the money that they debited towards my creditors

I received my credit report this morning , it shows that My MR PRICE , RAGE AND WOOLIES accounts are behind with 3 months. I AM A BAD PAYER, DONT PAY MY ACCOUNTS ON TIME , AND I AM ALSO PAYING A LESSER AMOUNT OF WHAT WAS REQUIRED TO PAY.

I cannot understand why as they need to notify the service provider once payment are done.

When I call them for service they are very rude. They don't help clients and never get back to me , I have been emailing them since Monday.
