Bad service

I am very disappointed in their service.i app**** for debt review with consumer debt help.its been 4 months now.they have been debiting money from account but to date none of my debt accounts have been paid.I receive a statement from Hyphen D shows the distribution of money.but when i check my account there are no payments at all. They dont reply to my emails when i enquire
