Failure to issue a release letter

I have been attempting to conclude an issue regarding the release of my debt review status since august of 2014, and it seems each time I communicate with Consumer Assist the issue gets passed to someone else, firstly dealt with Danielle Paulse, then with a lady called Jenine Bolleurs who then passed me on to Candice who referred the matter to Theresa Bothma and with all these people being involved no one seems to have come up with a solution, I have since settled all my accounts with various creditors as of July 2014, to which I alerted Consumer Assist to draft a letter ,moreover they have already verified those details with my creditors to prove that I have settled them, this has delayed a lot of things for me seeing that it's over a year and six months.<br> <br> I need this issue resolved and the letter emailed to me before end of business day today, I have been very patient with them and I think they're just dragging their feet now.
