Unhappy

This is a company that deals with supplying medical products that are needed for everyday use unfortunately due to medical conditions. I was delivered wrong products and advised after contacting them it was because they don't have what I needed.(remember medical supplys that needed daily and no contact was made with to inform me), I contacted them on the 6th December 2023 and was told by Friday 8th December 2023 stock will arrive and I would get what was needed. I remained waiting and then on the 14th December contacted them and advised stock us there,due to holidays and weekends I waited and contacted today again 22th December 2023 after being told on the 14th I would get feedback. I was told now that there is no stock and it never arrived, so I was **** to on the 14th,(remember medical supplys),asked for a manager to contact me. A so called manager called me ,this is how she calls,''Hello you asked a manager to call you''. So I asked didn't the lady inform you of my problem o yes she did and gave the excuses. Should have been Hello sir this is NAME the Manger and I have been informed of your problems and this is what going on and how we going to help you. Instead I was be spoken to Like i work under you and she started raising her voice at me,that not how you handle patients, remember I'm a customer aswell as a patient due to my situation, I am extremely angry and not satisfied with the way I was spoken to and that is a manager, Does the company train there stuff Hope to get feedback soon but from what I experienced doubt cause you'll don't care at all.Yourll are dealing with medical supplys and not gifts act like it,we patients need this stuff
