Dissapointed

Very dissapointed with the service we received. The nurses have no care for elderly patients. Very untidy and rude. Charges for items that was not used. I have complained directly to them and waiting from the beginning of January for feedback. Also owe me a refund and taking ages to process. Staff are very rude. Really is this what our medical system is doing to help us in times of need.
