information problem

when ever you go sort out your thing at the Embassy , they always tell you part of the information and not all of it. they think its free to travel to that place everyday. the level of information is so bad that you you have to come back 3 days in a row. i went there to collect traveling doc then i was told to bring my parents ID then i was told to come back the next day, when i got there i was told my documents were not ready and was asked to come back the following day. all that spending of fuel.
