09 Dec 2024, 09:18Good day miss Tinky. This is Warno owner of construct Medic. Stop telling lies about me and my company. I've lost over R300 000 on this project. R180K from all the extras we've done that I havnt recieve any payment for. I've paid over R60k for wages where I had to use my own money because you refuse to pay the extras. I'm not a ***** I'm not ********* and I'm not this person you claiming me to be. If I had anything to hide why will I reply on this mesage? I've got also all the evidence if anyone require it. If anyone want to know more about tinky, benita, Donovan or okkie please come in contact woth as I have nothing to hide. I pray for you too
I've build a double storey house @ R5600 n sqm I've got a file of all the stuff I bought, the plumbing stuff that you say you need to buy over because it was not right was bought by plumlink. My builders was NHBRC register and I've said that from the beginning. When we want to enrolled the house we couldn't enrolled on their NHBRC that's why I had to write the exam. My lawyer was well aware that we missed the deadline because off all the extras and the weather please go pull your rain data for pringlebay this year from February till July. Please go pull the data how many days clarence drive was also closed. I've got files of all the extras that has been done don't lie and say you never new about the extras so I will do R200k of work for free? The fact that you also say I didn't pay anything with the last R400k is also lies. My bank statement shows drifrently. My builders (sub contracter) was not 1 or 2 days a week on site, another lie I've got all the time sheets aswell. The only time in the 5 month we were not on site was there bakkie broke down about 4 or 5 time then they fix it and when it was raining as they drove everyday out of cape town to pringlebay. And why can I ask for the extras if that not in the contract? Then why did I build bricks in your garage if the plan said nutec? Why did you get a a whole wooden roof truss structure after the plan said just normal trusses? I've only use the best materials for the job. But as you say you got all the evidence so do i.
