Poor service delivery and ******

This is a warning not to use this bogus service provider. I found construct group on the bark platform and Cebile Mnisi immediately contacted me. He had a good company profile and I have since discovered that it is all lies. He is all talk, no action, empty promises and more excuses. I paid him a 50% deposit to Kickstart the project. 1xweek into the project, nothing has been done and I'm stuck in a messy house. His phone is off and he is not responding to whatsup messages. Cebile Mnisi is a ****** and needs to be held accountable. He is running a ****a business with no capital or resources.
