Construct Group- poor service and promises not kept

hi we received a quote from Cebile , we got him by someone who referred us. we were excited to work with him because we saw that Construct group is a brand and we were of the impression that we will receive a good service. Cebile promised us e will do a good job and the quote was for 3 days for fixing a roof and then issuing a waterproof certificate. its now 9 days and we have not received the certificate, and the certificate was urgent since its suppose to go to the attorneys as a condition for our house bond and it has been such an inconvenient because we made promises to the attorneys that we can't seem to keep because of his incompetence.

we really are disappointed and still stuck without being serviced and promises with no delivery. He was just good in his words and no action and its so disappointing.
