Thanks for nothing

I recently took my daughters blazer in to have her academic honors badge stitched on. She has worked exceptionally hard the past 5 years to achieve full academic honors. The school has their annual fund raiser on Saturday and this will be the last time my daughter will wear her blazer.

I put in a special request that her blazer be done by Saturday morning in order for her to wear it. I did not think it completely impossible as I handed it in on Tuesday.

When I called I was told it will be ready sometime next week. No apology no regrets. I am not surprised that their online reviews rates 2.9!

I honestly wish we had an alternative option!!! Pathetic!
