Exhorbitant prices!!

<p>I have been extremely frustrated by the extremely high prices on the school wear supp**** by constantia outfitters. They seem to have a Monopoly and for some or other strange reason, i have to say. Maybe the schools get a kick back. to give an example: I bought a maroon golf shirt for my boy through the pre-school during november 2016 with no school emblem on at R100 - not to bad hey? (it was apparently supp**** by constantia) However, during December I bought my gr 1 sons school clothes for this year, which included the exact same maroon golf shirt with a school emblem (small) on the shirt, for R 284. 00!!! (that is R 184,00 for a what...an emblem?) had i known I would have bought the original one first! The winter track suit was over a R1000.00 (nov '16) an seeing that on their school ties they had a price increase of 25% since then i am sure that the tracksuits are at least up by that amount too. (it is a dry-mac for pete's sake!) These people have no regard for parents and are in it for stripping you naked!!!</p> <p>the schools need to start playing open cards as to why this is the only place where you can buy there uniform. Woolworths have offered to stock what is needed at a much lower price, yet the schools dont use them...wonder why? The black school shorts was R69 at woollies (good quality) at constantia almost R300.00!!!</p> <p>I should petition with the schools...in an economy like today's we need less of these...</p>
