Terrible Service By Manager

I had placed an order for burgers and chips for my sons birthday 1 month before the party with Constantia nek restaurant as it is compulsory to order at that restaurant when booking out the facilities at acrobranch (on the same property). I had confirmed the order time and time again with Constantia nek restaurant and I was told all is in order. Besides getting told 15 min before lunch was to be served that there are no rolls, the manager GLEN of whom this was arranged with just had a terrible attitude towards us. He did not have the decency to explain why there were no rolls nor did he improvise. He served everyone around us and completely ignored my husband when confronted. He then served the children horrible tasting fish and did not apologise at all. I am quite disappointed and was extremely embarrassed in front of the parents at the party.
