waterbill

I have signed a lease with city prop, which they later change our water contract from Tshwane to Constantia metering(without my knowledge). while still paying for my water with Tshwane they can and switch off my water december 2020 saying that i owed R1200.00 i went and paid it. and told them i am still paying money with city property and they said i must sort it out with city property.

17 feb 2021 they send me a bill that i owe R904.00 and i must pay R432.00 I WENT and paid R432.00 on 22feb 2021 they said they adding 432.55 disconnection fee (I DONT KNOW WHY) I WRITE TO THEM CONSTANTIA. To understand the reason for their action they told me they going to remove the disconnection fee while waiting to an updated water bill on the 10 march 2021 i receive a warning letter to add another R190.34 I also question other fees like sanitation and network fees that are on the bill and i am paying the same tshwane fees on my lease they say its is standard.

now from 16 April there is no communication from them now my water bill is R1432.99
