Water bills

I have the account with constantia metering and j using water only not electricity and this month the bill came back, I was owing 700 as you knw its covid I was surprised cause I was using constantia for years and this was first time experience this such treatment I called this lady her name is monique she just dropped my call while I was speaking , trying to knw if maybe they could send someone to check my meter but now and what makes me angry is that they a rude with customers while we have to know wat we a paying for I hv to knw wat I am paying nt just to estimate our bill make sure the customer are all happy
