Robbing clients big time

They told me my meter hasn't been working for months and yet the bill increases every month.. I have requested a tarrif structure from Tshwane and from them, they only only provided their structure. Communication from this company is really arrogant and none when it comes to resolving serious issues.

To all property developers out there, never go into business with Constantia metering because the residents are the one to feel the pinch..
