ridiculous double biling

<p>I am very tired of constantia and their ridiculous amounts they are ****ing us.Someone has to step in before we do something thats very drastic.I cant take it anymore .How does a bill double,i believe they are estimating there is no way you d pay a bill for R1300 then the next bill i have to pay is R2688.can someone advised where i can get help for this PLEASE.Elsenberg flat sunnyside</p>
